Tonight's lines are hovering around 6-7 point favorites in all three matchups. I personally don't have conviction in any of these games and will playing tonight light. After being up 5.5 units in the last two days, its sometimes best to save your bullets for higher conviction plays when they present themselves.
ATL vs. MIA: Atlanta has shown its toughness and ability to hang around in series in the past. While I think the heat get it done tonight, I'm just not willing to lay the points in this matchup. No play here.
NO vs. PHX: With the loss of Devin Booker the Suns have struggled generating offense. Couple that with Brandon Ingram's emergence as a rising star in this league, shooting over 50% this series and averaging nearly 30 points per game, this game could really go either way. With a spread at over 2 possessions I lean towards the Pelicans to keep it close, but once again, will not be playing this spread tonight.
MINN vs. MEM: In what has arguably been the best series of the first round the Grizz are currently 6.5 point favorites heading into game 5. I fully expect Ja Morant to have a big game coming back to Memphis with not only his scoring, but also in facilitating the offense. Minnesota has shown fight during this series, but even with big leads (Game 3..) they have shown they are still a young team capable of making plenty of mistakes. With 15.3 turnovers per 100 possessions, I expect the Twolves to make more critical mistakes in this crucial Game 5 matchup. The Grizzlies potent offense becomes too much to handle at that point.
